Seminole Manor provides a healthcare team focused on rehabilitative, restorative, nursing, and palliative services for your loved ones.

Family involvement is welcomed and encouraged.  We believe in maintaining the dignity of each resident through a personalized team approach.

Our staff recognizes that each resident has three important elements to their wellbeing:  Physical. Social, and Spiritual.

Through our "Team Approach" we develop a Resident Care Plan that is individualized based on consultation with the resident, family, physician, nursing staff, social services, activities, dietary, therapies and others as indicated.
