On-Site Health Screenings

On-Site Health Screenings are $20/employee and include the following:

Blood Pressure
Blood Glucose
Total Cholesterol
Body Composition and BMI
For Men a PSA Test
For Women 40+ a Mammogram Certificate
Individual Access to our Patient Portal
